Who we are

Website

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you send. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

We do not install cookies, use tracking pixels, load third-party analytics scripts, or otherwise collect data about your visit beyond what is needed to serve the page and process a contact submission.

Legal basis

Processing contact form submissions is based on legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you have initiated). We do not use this data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Retention

Contact form data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up communication, then deleted.

Our apps

1st Soft publishes apps through the Apple App Store under the “1st Soft Ltd” developer account. Each app has its own privacy detail page within the App Store and, where applicable, a dedicated sub-page on this site (e.g. /apps/<appname>/privacy). Please refer to the relevant app page for its specific data practices. As a general principle, our apps collect only what is strictly necessary for their function.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Contact form submissions are transmitted via Amazon SES (email delivery); SES processes only the data needed to deliver the email and is governed by AWS’s privacy terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access or disclosure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where we have a way to reach you.
